Register usage of "B FLET'S (hyper family type)" with SpinNet

1. This page allows you to register the usage of "B FLET'S" with SpinNet.
2. If you want to register for "B FLET'S" service itself, please contact NTT-EAST.
3. This page is for customers in NTT-EAST Japan area wishing to register for the B FLET'S hyper family type. Please confirm before using this page that NTT's B FLET'S hyper family type is available in your area.
4. If you are unsure of the difference between "FLET'S ADSL", "FLET'S ISDN" and "B FLET'S", please confirm the service you are using before submitting this page.
5. You can use "B FLET'S" only in your registered prefecture. If you want to change the registered prefecture, you must first cancel usage of "B FLET'S", and then register again using this page with the new prefecture.
6. If you have already registered usage of another FLET'S service, you must first cancel usage of FLET'S ISDN or FLET'S ADSL, and then register usage of FLETfS HIKARI NEXT using this page.
7. The prefecture of NTT FLET'S services may not perfectly match to your physical location if it is a border of prefectures or etc. To confirm your area, please contact NTT East or NTT West (116) for availability.
8. How to use
  • When you connect to SpinNet using NTT's "B FLET'S", you have to add "@spinnet.jp" at the end of your User Login Name.
    Ex.) 12345678@tka.jpn@spinnet.jp
    (If your User Login Name is 12345678@tka.jpn)
9. Monthly fee (tax excl.)
If you are using NTT's "B FLET'S" with SpinNet, you will be charged from us the additional fees below re payable to SoftBank Corp.

mansion type 500 yen / month
basic type 4,000 yen / month
10. Types of NTT's "B FLET'S"
The fee differs according to the type of service you select. Please note that if you select a type(below) different from that which you have registered with NTT, you will be charged incorrectly, and you will not be able to connect to SpinNet.
11. If communication congestion occurs in communication facility used by you,we will restrict customer's communication speed temporarily to other communication line level in order from high communication traffic communication line in the same facility in order to able to use communication traffic for many customers. Communication speed control is released immediately when relieve communication congestion.
