confirm the service you are using before submitting this page. |

You can use "B FLET'S" only in your registered prefecture. If you want to change the registered prefecture, you must first cancel usage of "B FLET'S", and then register again using this page with the new prefecture. |

If you have already registered usage of another FLET'S service, you must first cancel usage of FLET'S ISDN or FLET'S ADSL, and then register usage of FLETfS HIKARI NEXT using this page. |

The prefecture of NTT FLET'S ISDN may not perfectly match to your physical location if it is a border of prefectures or etc. To confirm your area, please contact NTT East or NTT West (116) for availability. |

How to use
- When you connect to SpinNet using NTT's "B FLET'S", you have to add "@spinnet.jp" at the end of your User Login Name.
- Ex.) 12345678@tka.jpn@spinnet.jp
- (If your User Login Name is 12345678@tka.jpn)

Types of NTT's "B FLET'S"
The fee differs according to the type of service you select. Please note that if you select a type(below) different from that which you have registered with NTT, you will be charged incorrectly, and you will not be able to connect to SpinNet.

If communication congestion occurs in communication facility used by you,we will restrict customer's communication speed temporarily to other communication line level in order from high communication traffic communication line in the same facility in order to able to use communication traffic for many customers. Communication speed control is released immediately when relieve communication congestion. |
